The Ashbee Hotel announces the launch of St. George Restaurant by Heinz Beck. This is Beck's first restaurant in Sicily. This new partnership between the Taormina’s 5-star luxury hotel and the three-Michelin stars chef Heinz Beck, features an unmissable creative gastronomic collaboration. Beck's career spans over a quarter of a century. In 1994 he opened La Pergola and currently serves as Manager and Executive Chef. Under his supervision, La Pergola earned three-Michelin stars, the only restaurant in Rome to be accorded such an honor. In addition, he has refined his culinary skills throughout Europe.
