Our fine dining St. George Restaurant is open to The Ashbee guests and day visitors alike.

St. George Restaurant

The vibrant dining experience brings a real flavour of the Mediterranean in a beautiful terrace with a gorgeous sea view. The St. George Restaurant serves classical Sicilian and Mediterranean dishes in an atmosphere that recalls the English Style.   

The refined setting encourages you to dress for dinner but jackets and ties are not essential. Reserve your table on the beautiful terrace or in the elegant dining room for an exceptional gastronomic experience.

The Pool Club Bar


To dominate the beautiful view of the Italian peninsula by the sea, in the shade of olive trees, next to the swimming pool, guests will find an unexpectedand intimateterrace, the Pool Light Lunch and Snack Bar, open at lunch time.

A wide range of light snacks and a selection of freshly drinks, cocktails cold and the food is tasty!

The Terrace Bar


The Taormina’s most stylish and exclusive rooftop bar will be soon open serving delicious cocktails, alongside the wonderful sunset sessions.

Surrounds the rooftop deck overlooking panoramic views of the surrounding territory and of  Italy’s Southern peninsula. An exclusive selection of high-end cocktails, fine wines & champagne should get the evening started.

When in Taormina, The A Terrace Bar will be a must visit.
